Tip For Expired Symbian Certificate

Are you fond of downloading and installing Free (or Cracked) Symbian Applications to your mobile phone? May be you have experienced this. When you have tried to install cool application, there was an error message like “Expired Certificate” or something like that because the certificate was out of date.

I have got a trick from someone on the internet to solve the problem. Here it is: set the date of the application created only few months earlier than the date of your mobile phone. Take for instance; if the application was created on January 2006, set the date of your mobile phone May 2006.

Then reinstall the application. It usually works out unless the application is not compatible with your mobile phone.

Note: If you don’t know the date of application created, just do trial and error by decreasing the date of mobile phone year by year.
